Weight watchers points per day - how many do i need?!


Question: My friend has told me i should only have 17 points per day on WW but i think this is too low..

can any one give me advice on this please,

I just cant manage 17 points per day! tips on how to do this if i am only supposed to have 17 points would help.

work it out yourself with this.

female= 3points
male=9points


breastfeeding no= 0points
breastfeeding exclusively=10points
breastfeeding+ weaning=5points

how old are you
16-20=5points
21-35=4points
36-50=3points
51-65=2points
65+=1points

how many stones do u weigh?
eg- 10st.3lbs= 10points

how tall r u?
under 5ft 4 =1point
over5ft 4=2points

in your day to day life
sitting down most of the time=0points
sitting sometimes but standing mainly=2points
walking alotof the time=4points
doing physically hard work most of the time=6points

Depends on your gender, age, breastfeeding? and whether you are active or not. If you add the addtional info mentioned her I will look in WW book and tell you your points allowance. I'm allowed 19 a day and that is REALLY hard to stick to. Been doing it 3 days and gone 10 points over the top already! Hope you do better than me.

24 points per day.
