How can I put on weight while doing loads of exercise?!

Eat more protein (chicken, meat, etc). Try buying protein bars, morning protein breakfast drinks, or the kind of protein shakes you drink after working out. =D

eat more than you burn off or eat a ton before you sleep

to gain weight build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Eat lots of protein and lean meats. hope this helps. goood luck

First, why do you want to gain weight? Chances are, you will find a difference in how your gymnastic performances go.

Second, talk to your coach and your parents to determine whether you should put on weight or whether you are just fine like you are.

Eat more gymnastics contains a lot of strength elements unless it's rythmic gymnastics so you will grow taller and build more muscle as you get older besides i think that ok as it is

eat lots of protein type foods, and always eat carbs before any excercise,
when you do excercise, concerntrate more on the weight bearing types insted of the cardio types.
