Will SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME?!?!?!


Question: im 20yrs old i weight 240 and im trying to watch what i eat wihle going to the gym and working with a personal trainer
3 or 4 times a week for an hour

is my skin going to sag as i lose weight or is that only when people have like stomach stapling surgery and drasticaly drop

oh and am i going to lose my boobs?! i like mine big lol
and will i finally get a butt?!?!!??!?! thanks

hey hun.
my mom is 48 and she use to weigh about 185.
as soon as she started working at my school, in the cafeteria... she lost all this weight, because she wasn't hungry anymore. she now weighs about 115. we weigh the same size, and i'm 16.

although she's skinny, she does sorta have a saggy tummy [excess skin.] she use to have size 36-38 D bra, and now she has size 34-36 B. she use to be a size 9-11. she is now a size 1-3. and her butt is flatter then it use to be.

although my mom lost all this weight and looks good, she never worked out. and since you're working out, i think that if you work out your ab region, some of your tummy skin will tighten up. most people's does.

if you're still worried, you should ask your trainer what they think, and if they're un-sure, maybe you can ask a doctor.

You may a little but 'cos ur young ur skin will still have most of it elasticity and will regain most of ur figure. just dont lose weight too quickly also cos boobs are fatty tissue they may drop a size or two but if you lose lots of weight it will all be in proporion to ur size if u get my drift - all the best!

You may need to see an endocrinologist to test your thyroid gland functions that if is slow NO diet will help.
If is slow some sea fish and kelp can naturally make your gland work faster and increase the metabolism.
Usually the skin does not stay "big" after you lose some weight, but it trims around as you lose and adjusts to the new size. While this happens you may not see any weight loss.
Avoid sugar and breads.

Two words.. DUCK TAPE! :-)
