Workout program that helps me burn fat gain muscle and lose my man boobs. plz he!


Question: i am 5'6 way 153 i h ave some muscles, but u cant really see it because of all my fat. i play baseball so i have so stay fit. i need a work out program so i can gain muscle and lose fat i also have man boobs and i want to get rid of them. i have a big stomach i wanna bring my stomach down to. my problem is that i only got 5 pound dumbbells and on of those bicycle things. i don't have access to a gym. so i need some workouts i can do at home with out many things plz help. i also want to build up some abs.

Well my friend, firstly remember:

Less input , more output.

Eat less, do more.

When you eat, thing about what you are eating. Try to
read up on this book, ABS POWER diet

You need to do more cardio to start burning up excess fat in the body.

Do intense cardio workout for at least 20 mins before consuming breakfast.

you cannot burn fat and build muscle at the same time unless it's your first 2-3 months training as a beginner (first time training in your life), or if you're using anablic steroids.
sorry, but that's the truth.
you have to focus on one of them. if you have "man boobs" as you say, you might want to focus on losing fat first and keeping the muscle you have. this is done by starting off with enough calories to sustain your weight without exercise... then add exercise to the equation (3 days weight lifting, 3 days cardio as a start)
doing more and eating less is a recipe for DISASTER!!!

'man's boobs' ... yuk! .. don't mind it .. but that's something really weird i heard for the first time .... you seriously need some help .. either hire a gym trainer of visit a surgeon....

I am not a fitness expert, but I know what worked for me. I combined walking with some good routines I found in a book. I stopped eating withing 2 hours of bedtime, and I made sure I had a high protien or high fiber breakfast - (steel cut oats work great, and they're a good carb). I ate about 5 small meals a day to speed up my metabolism. I also have been drinking Oolong tea. Health experts say that if you replace your coffee with Oolong tea (or drink 2 cups a day) you will lose 10 pounds in six weeks due to the thermogenic properties of the tea. For an alternate workout, I used fitness bands that you attach to a doorway. They're inexpensive, yet they work.
