How much weight can a person lose in 19 days?!
Question: if they only eat 500 calories a day
the first person weighs 125 lbs
and the second person weighs 165

about 15pd or 17 pd I've been eating 300 calories a day and have lost 1 pd a day..just drink lots of water...and u won't gain it back right away as long as u don't eat like crazy after ur done with ur diet
they will starve and will not lose weight. It is unsafe! and why bother asking?

Wow! 500 calories a day will put any body in starvation mode and cause them to burn less and hold fat. 125 1200 cals at the least add exorcise add more cals or no loss. Trust me.. been there....done that.ruined my metabolism................

Typically you burn 2000 calories a day. Figure out the math.
To diet correctly while minimizing calorie intake, your minimal amount of calories you should consume over a day should be over 1500. Anything less puts your health at risk, but it still works.
