The answer is: Very temporarily.

If you want to lose weight, and you don't want to put it straight on again very quickly, then you've got to do it more slowly.

The fastest way to lose 'weight' is to lose water - You're still just as fat as you were before - You're just dehydrated - and it's about as unperminant as you can get (and also doesn't affect your body fat in any way). So this method is absolutely OUT. Most of the really fast weight loss products and camps out there are doing this. Don't be tricked. You'll put it all back on within a day or two. Not to mention there was no real weight off anyway (as we should be thinking about 'dry' body mass).

All the other ways of losing weight quickly are bad ideas too. Most involve starving yourself, running far too long, or diet pills. While diet pills is a separate issue (many are dangerous) most of the others use what's called a 'cortisol stress response' - that's what happens when your body has no other source of food and turns hungry eyes on itself. Cortisol causes your body to break down fat and (worryingly) protein.

However the huge BUT is with respect to fat. It tricks your body into thinking it's in a famine situation and programmes it to take up fat as quickly as it can whenever it becomes available. If you look at the actual numbers of fat cells (adipocytes) you have you'll discover that they increase in number (that's to say they may not have much fat in them but there's more of them and all are programmed to make as much fat as possible as quickly as possible) hence weight lost in this 'quick' manner very very quickly will be put back on.

How do you lose weight propperly?

Slowly. Over time. That way it will stay off. 6 small low glycemic index (low sugar) meals a day. With only a very tiny calorific deficit (couple of hundred callories perhaps) and exercise at around 80% of your maximum heart rate (220-age = MHR) for about 25 to 35 minutes per day will lose the weight perminantly and far more safely than the radical solutions I'm glad to see you're not keen to try.

by having a balance diet and a regular exercise

The most you can lose in one month in a safe and healthy manner is 10 lbs.

That can be done with a combination of exercise and healthy eating.

But really, by your pic you do not look like you need to lose weight.

You can lose weight if you are careful - be independent minded and cross all those t's and dot the i's. Do unto others as you'd like them to do unto you, And above all, stay the course. Then you can achieve your goals!

so you basically want to change nothing at all but still lose weight..? I thought we asians were considered smart....

don't eat bread , you wont feel so hungry then.
Also try to do a workout in 5 minutes-pick one exercise- pushups , situps , weights , squats -it doesnt matter- then get a timer - do as many as you can in 20 seconds- then rest for 10 seconds- then repeat.
Your heart will beat like its going to explode- this will rapidly speed up your metabolism.

eat right & try to exercise every day, but if it for you, you don't need to, you look perfect

well.
eating better and exercising are really the best ways to take fat away.
running and other cardio activities(running or biking) are going to get your heart going more, which will help to burn those calories.
and eat three healthy meals everyday. (some say to eat 6 small meals, but i stick to 3 meals cuz it is easier for me)
and never go on a diet.
diets don't work.
just remember this
-drink lots and lots of water, but absolulty no soda!
-eat healthy, not junky.
-eat breakfast, or you won't lose much weight.
-exercise daily.
