Bikini help please?!
Question: Okay,
so when i look at myself in the mirror with a bikini on i i like it and dont like it.
when i turn to the side i like how i look:)
but when i turn facing the front i hate how i look:(
im not fat but not skinny.
the front of my stomache is "flubbery" and i have NO abs what so ever!
how can i change this.
i've tried dieting and working out.
but it's like my baby fat just WONT go away!

I feel the same way in a bikini!
Run a lot, I notice during lacrosse season (we run A LOT), my stomach is really nice and toned.
Do some push-ups, and stretch out your stomach muscles. There's also some great yoga, pilates moves, etc, that work too.

well ur on the rite track but women take a longer time losing weight so just keep @ it and eventually ull get there. try running a lot wen i was doing track at my school my stomach was sooo tight.
