1st rule - do not weigh yourself, your weight consists of mostly water plus fat & muscle, i'm sure its fat u wanna lose & not water, so take measurements instead. Your weight can even vary by up to a couple of pounds in 1 day....
Ensure your plan includes eating 5 small meals a day & exercise includes both cardio & weight training which will increase your metabolism & burn fat.....
With the correct diet & exercise it is possible to drop 1 or 2 dress sizes in 6-8 weeks, with the wrong 1 you can lose water not fat, reduce your metabolism.....
One of fastest ways to change bopdyshape is a class called bodypump, 2-3 times a week some cardio & eat sensibly & you'll be well away...
Good luck!!!

2 pounds should be easy to shed. some of the weight could be muscle mass, which weighs more than fat.
if you keep your same exercise routine your body is probably used to it. you need to step it up a bit.
i lost 4 pounds in two weeks and in the third week put on another 2, but two weeks later i lost two again. so just keep at it.
also, eat your daily calorie intake otherwise your body will start to store fat.

Maybe it's muscle weight.

people in general have a 7 pound fluctuation allowance... you naturally fluctuate between the lowest weight and 7 pounds higher depending on times of the month.. times of the day etc

You shouldn't always rely on the scale. There is such a thing as water retention. Your body will hold onto water for certain reasons. One big culprit is if you're eating a lot of sodium, so you might want to try and limit how much sodium you're eating. A lot of processed foods are LOADED with it. Your weight can fluctuate so much throughout the week. You also might want to assess what you're eating. I don't know what all you're eating so "eating right" is relative.
