How come I go to sleep and then I wake up lighter...???? This is kinda freaky!?!

Question: OK so I recently weighed myself and kinda did a checkup and stuff.

I weigh 115 pounds. I am 5'5.5 almost 5'6
When I wake up I am like 110-112. ALWAYS everyday! I thought it was just for like a day but I woke up everyday and weighed myself to check.

And everyday it's the same.............
I am 15 yrs old.

Why does this happen. Does it happen to you too?

yea im like that too! and ur skinny! i wish i was that weight!

that happens to me a lot too, apparantly its normal, but im not exactly sure what causes it,
my mom just says its because you digest stuff while sleeping or something

Dehydration (water loss) overnight.

it's because wen ur sleeping your heart is still beating and stuff and also you lose all your water weight as soon as you pee in the morning and because you also stretch out a couple centimeters every night and then shrink back down all day

this is very normal..i have no idea y though..lol

It happens to everybody. You digest the food you've eaten that day and break it down, and you lose water as sweat in your sleep. Once you eat/drink, the weight comes back on. It's perfectly normal.

just water weight
go 2 the pee and then weigh yourself and it should be normal

it always happens to me..

you could sweat out water..or if you pee first thing in the morning.

Yes, and believe it or not it happens to most people. A person's weight varies an average of 3-5 lbs. sometimes in one day, and it makes perfect sense that you'll go to bed heavier (after eating all of your daily meals) and then wake up lighter. (8 or so hours of no food.) It's normal.
