You are definitely proportioned. I would say you are a size 0 to 2 and yes, this is a good size. Incidentally most people that have nice shapes have a waist that is 10 inches smaller than their hips.
If your height is proportionate I would say that you are attractively petite!
You sure your hips are 34, that seems like a large jump from a 24 inch waist, is that where you carry your weight maybe? It sounds like a good size to me though. You're probably a 3/4 like me
