uhh not healthy at all.. but if you must I can say a few compounds which would do it but heh there not really legal..

water is your friend never let anyone tell you water weight is caused by it.. there dumb.. sodium and lack of water causes it. cause your body is storing it.. you need to not eat in the morning when you first get up water is fine, but go straight to a cardio workout for 30-60 mins.. then you can eat a healthy brekfast.. then of course eat small meals throughput the whole day it keeps ur body burning carbs and absoring the nutrients rather than making more fat. then of course get all the exercise u can get in.. dont stress urself cause u can over do it on exercise.. diet is 90% of the battle my friend. ope i helped.. but im telling you 10 pounds in a week is not healthy at all unless ur dropping water weight..

10 pounds in one week is impossible! unless you are taking about water weight (and not fat and muscle). you can loose about 5-6 pounds of water weight through dietary supplements and certain drinks/tonics, but it'll come right back at you Monday morning, so dont do this.

If you want to loose 10 pounds, 5 weeks is about right, coupled with a proper diet/meal plan and exercise. But that requires alot of commitment and discipline. Do it right, if you want to do it.
