Watch what you are eating! You are building muscle and cutting back on your calorie intake way too much is not what you want to do. The trick is to take the right amount of calories form a balanced diet that includes carbohydrates, proteins and necessary vitamins and minerals. You need carbs as your as your fast acting source of energy: energy that your body can use quickly. Proteins will keep you full for a longer time and your body uses them to build muscles. You need minerals (and specially calcium) to strengthen your bones and you need minerals to regulate your body functions. I suggest you speak to a nutritionist.

More info:
Vegies are good but don't cut back to much on proteins and lean meat. You can cut back on rice and noodles.

Well when you say way less how much less are you eating under 1,000 calories? If you are then up your calorie intake. Some tiredness is expected since your jumping into a new exercise routine and diet. As long as your eating a healthy amount then your body will probably get used to it.

Believe it or not, REST is the most important factor in getting that body you want. If you stick with this routine, take every other day off, completely, if not more. A good rule of thumb is to never directly work the same muscle twice within 48hrs.

You are just "overtraining", your body needs time to grow and rebuild between workouts.

A good idea to keep exercising every day is to maybe do abs day1, the other stuff day2, abs day3, other stuff day 4, and so on, but make sure to at least take off day 7 as a "zero day" or day off.

Plus, to build muscle, you need to eat more calories than you are recommended for your body size. Aim for 200 to 500 extra calories a day. Don't worry, with all the exercise you won't become fat as long as you eat good meals.

hey
yes it is normal because your body is not used to it yet (the diet and the exercise) so you have less energy and so you feel tired
don't worry
your six pack is getting there :P and furthermore if you eat a little more you may feel less tired but its your choice and you eat whatever you want to eat

bye bye
