How much more should i be eating?!

It's not okay, you will be very ill very soon. Not enough protein, grains, carbs ... your body thinks it's living through a famine, and has learned to deal with this lack of food.

You mean those noodles that you just pour hot water over? Oh no. Very bad. Full of additives. Start eating proper food now.

You should eat much more whole grains, vegetables, protein (meat, eggs, beans) and dairy to your diet. Currently your diet only provides you with your daily fruit, which definitely isn't enough. You should see a nutritionist.

yeh dont eat if your not hungery but try to varie what you eat a bit more. your obviously not anorexic because your not hungery and anorexics are always hungery they just try not to b!! xxxx

At the rate of food input you are at, your body will have to start eating itself to survive (When anorexics end up hospitalized because you have a heart attack or some other body function shuts down). You need at least a minimum1000 calories/day. Try to work up from your current ~200 calories/day to that. Eat a sandwich instead of noodles. Have peanut butter on your banana. I know everyone is worried about getting fat but there are MUCH worse things in life, like dying because you didn't consume enough fuel. Its like putting a gallon of gas into a car to drive 100 miles. You will never make it.
Oh and you never get hungry anymore because your stomach stopped producing stomach acid that signals when you are hungry. It had to stop because you are not putting enough food in to stop the acid from eating out your stomach lining.
