At what weight would be reasonable for me to be at?!
Question: I have lost 3.5 kilos and now at 113 kilos but I'm wondering where should i set my goal weight at. I'm 16 and I'm 6'2 (Around 190cm)

72 kg to 90kg is your ideal weight range for your height so anywhere in there id go for the middle say 80 kgs

I'd say 180pds, I have no idea how to convert to metric.

you really need to get down to 75 or under 80 kilo's even 80's far to big especially for a 16 year old. my hubby is 75 or 78 not sure.. he's 5'10 ...you are lovely & tall... if you eat heaps of normal food, not junk you will lose it,it may take a couple of years as it slows up after the first few kilos...you still need a Small treat each week, you can't deny ya self for ever...but you can be real PROUD of yourself....its not easy losing weight i bet....hugzz
