Discipline+Motivation male Teenage Boy for Studies+Exercise.?!

Question: I'm a very very lazy boy, 17 years old going 18. I need to discipline and motivate myself to study hard and exercise everyday. I really need to score better in my tests and examinations as my National exams are coming. My college has also set a target for me to lose 1kg every two weeks or I'll have to attain weight lost remedials which is a complete waste of time. It would also disrupt my normal timetable in school. Besides, in 2 months in, I have a important fitness test. If I fail, I would have to do extra time in my National Service (complusory for all Male Singaporeans), therefore it is essential that I lose weight and become fitter too. I am targeting 1kg per week. Currently I am getting around 0.8-1kg per week of weight lost.

Even when the television and computer is switched off...I'll end up staring into space and not doing anything? My friends are kinda busy/not interested to study/exercise with me.

Please give advise on how to discipline and motivate myself?

Set a schedule for yourself and stick to it. And remember what you are doing all this for.
