You should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables but too much wont help. Eat about 4-6 servings every day and even try to drink more water than soda. Whenever you are thirsty grab a bottle of water instead of your soda and even try to drink a V8. Walk on your tredmil everyday start by walking for 10 minutes then 15 -20 -25... Build your stamina everyday. Tell your parents to make healthier foods for you without much fat. Hope that helps but by the way never think of yourself as fat because everyone looks different.

well fruit such as apples and orange are good for you!
you dont want to eat after 6:00 or it will make you gang weight!!!
