How does water help you lose weight?!


Question: Most people say it does... I NEVER drink water but I do want to lose weight. I'm not fat, just want to lose weight. So if I drink water (which I hate and NEVER drink..) lose weight or gain because my body isnt use to it?

drink water because its vital for your body!
i guess it would help you lose weight because its a non-calorie drink, flushes out your system and people often mistake thirst for hunger
drink it purely because its necessary for your body to function!

makes you feel full?
then you dont eat
and you just end up peeing out the water!

Water is necessary for most of the chemical reactions in your body. This includes the reactions in which you convert food into energy. If you are dehydrated, your metabolism will slow down. Besides that, water is a good choice while dieting because it is calorie free. It will just help to decrease your calorie intake to drink water instead of juice, soda, etc.
