How can I lose weight safely?!


Question: I am 5ft6. I weight 205 pounds. I know I am thick but my boyfriend says I am curvy and fine. My ideal weight is 140. How cn I reach my goal, safely?

To stop eating is a BIG no no, anybody who knows anything about calories, and weight loss will tell you that. The key is to eat more raw foods, fresh fruit, salads, and whole grains. Cut the refined foods from your diet, everything has to be natural, even the sugar, it has to be evaporated cane juice, and even that, in limited intake. The key is also to burn calories at your target heart rate, at 30 minutes everyday. You can check out what your target heart rate is on google. (Thats how i found mine!) You will lose weight, slowly, but surely, it will be hard to gain it back. If you stop eating, like the moron above me has advised you to do, you will not just gain all you weight back by bingeing, but it is really bad for your health, you will destroy your metabolism. STOP EATING

your best bet is to get into classes in your local gym and burn all of that excess weight off through excercise. and it'll be a lifestyle change in terms of your eating. you should eat healthier, and not give up eating at all. starvation leads to people eating more than they need to when they do eat.

start counting your calories there are online measuring things that tell you how much you should be eating everyday.

count calories, if you end up going over try and be a little more active that day.
