How can I lose 50 Pounds by July 2008?!


Question: I'm going into a new Grade, but I want to lose 50 pounds (I weigh a lot more than I want to). Please Help me.
I can't Get any of thoughs foods that people say help u lose weight...

If you want to lose weight: eat less and move more...you've heard it a million times but that's the only way.
To help, chew slowly so you eat more slowly. Stop eating before feeling full - when satisfied - even if you've only had a small portion of what's in front of you. Be aware of your food and don't snack randomly or because you're bored. But don't obsess over your calories either.
Walk, jog, cycle, play...be a child and play play play...tag is great. Jumping rope is great.
Don't 'diet' or eat only salads unless you like salads that much...you'll just get so deprived you won't be able to stand it any longer and will indulge heavily. Unless all you eat is junk or processed or fried, eat the same things only less of it.
You're young and losing weight is so much easier now than when you are older so don't look at it as a huge task...take it 10 pounds at a time. You'll do fine...you have time.
In the meantime, like yourself now, and do this for you not for anyone else.

exercise and dont eat as much as u normally do and subway can help or u can sumtimes skip breakfast and have either dinner or lunch and then just snack no chocolate stuff but like fruits or sandwiches or cheez-its or sumthind like that maybe

are you in like, 5th grade? 175 isn't a bad weight unless you're under 5'2 MAYBE. The best thing to do though is to just cut your portions in half and don't snack. Don't eat after 8 P.M. but if you must, drink water. Try running or walking for periods of time, start at 10 mins. one week, then 20 mins. the next. Do push-ups and sit-ups in the morning when you get up or before you go to bed. Most of all though, just believe you can lose 50 pounds. Instill it in your mind that you will lose the weight by that time. GOOD LUCK!

DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST!!! ITS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO!!!! there's no easy way to lose weight I'm afraid. Exercise more and eat healthy food. Make sure you eat a balanced diet to keep you healthy and feeling good. as i said don't skip breakfast, if you do you will feel hungrier. Breakfast sets you up for the day and kick starts your metabolism, helping you burn off what you eat in the day. Skipping breakfast makes your body think its not getting and food, it therefore goes into 'saving mode'. It stores what you eat as fat because it thinks it wont get another meal soon. That's why its important to eat sensibly and not cut out meals, just cut the portions down slightly and fill them with healthy food. Do not try to loose too mcuh weight too soon either, because you will just end up putting it back on again.
