NEED HELP! Loose 20lbs in Three or Two Weeks!!!?!
Question: Okay I'm 6'2" 190 need to loose 20 lbs for track X_x speed wise. I can settle for 10, but how many calories should I consume and how much exercise should I get? I lift on tuesdays and thursdays?

That will be hard, but I suggest you do The "raw foods diet" or a strict low carb plan, and I think you have your excercise down, these arent healthy diets.
You shouldn't drink anything right before the weigh in. Then after the weigh in get a drink. You will appear to weigh less because you are missing water weight.
