A normal, healthy weight range for being 5ft is around 97-133 (BMI range of 18.5 to 25). You could probably strive for around the 110 range. These ranges also depend on your body type (small, medium, large frame). If you are smaller framed, aim for the lower range of weight. If you are larger boned, then strive more towards the higher range. Since, you're an asian female and probably smaller framed, I'd stay towards the lower range of weight (perhaps 100-110).

This weight range is good because too much weight puts you at risk for several diseases such as type 2 diabetes (where certain hormones are not working well), heart disease, and hypertension (high blood pressure).

If you are too light, then your body does not have enough nutrients and fuel to function normally. Your body cannot make the proper "tools" to ward of sickness, maintain your body functions, etc.

Just remember, gaining weight doesn't mean eating anything. You want to eat healthy. Just as losing weight, you want to make sure not to rid yourself of the nutrients you need. As always, exercise is of the utmost importance to keep your heart healthy.

I hope that helps

probably around 95-110 lbs.

Hi,

Normal/healthy weight for 5' is around 45kg

okay i don't know your medical history, eating, habits or how much you exercise but i would say anywhere between 105 and 135. also it depends on if you're a boy or a girl and if you've gone through puberty as girls tend to gain more fat than muscle around that time due to breasts ad such. also it really depends on genetics, like if you're a smaller framed person id say you should fall between 105 and 115. but if you're more medium then 110-125 and of course if you're more athletic or large framed 120-135. i hope this helps!

1200 lbs if you are a horse.

50 kilos

um 95 - 115 - is good. some where in the middle.
