8)form a support group - invite friends, relatives, parents, partners
to participate in a healthy lifestyle, and keep you accountable. This
is important.

9) plan to lose weight slowly (1-2 lbs a week), and progressively
overtime increase your
goals!

stay with out food

It's not good for you to lose that much weight that quickly. It also depends how heavy you are to start off with. If you are over 20-25 stone then it should be easy to so it by cutting down your calorie intake to around 1800. If you are smaller cut it to the same amount but you won't be able to lose that much in that short space of time.

And you most certainly won't be able to keep it off afterwards. If you starve your body for two weeks as soon as you start eating again it will pile all the pounds back on and possibly more. It is your bopdies safety mechanism which is still with us form millions of years ago.

When we didn't have a constant supply of food and we didn't know when the next meal would come the body tried to store as much energy as it could as fat to try and help us survive as long as possible.

But anyway you may be able to lose a kilo or two by cutting down the calories slightly but you won't be able to lose 5kg in 2 weeks

Raw veggies and water, and green tea.
Though you prob. wont have a lot of energy and you'll feel some brain drain....

Have you tried the 3 day diet (do a google search)
However, what you will lose on this diet will be water & it will come back :(
For more long term, I would give bread (white) a miss, drink 8 glasses of water per day, moderate exercise for at least 20 minutes a day (walkings probably the best.)
Dont give away milk but eat lots of veggies & fruit.
Maybe even try a detox diet

the key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

For exercises check out:

They have hundreds of exercise video clips

Also check out the XGen to randomly generate a workout routine. You have to sign up, but it is free.

You can eat meat as well as veggies but stay away from deserts like cakes and puddings and if you want take-away then have a healthy subway sandwich. For exercise try to do some walking or some running for 1 hour a day or play some sport with a friend of yours to stay active

you can eat small portions! like... a natural juice at the morning, eat salad at luch! then a green tea with equal! and... anything else! and workout! thats all... its hard... but you really want it.... dont you? ..so the difference between you want and you need is selfcontrol! good luck!
