but i tried it for one year , i used 2 drink morning and evening everyday but it does not work

Sorry girl, you wont like this but nothing you can do, its genetic. I was teased too my whole life for being the shortest one. Even my own dad tried to stretch me!! He did that to my mom too! how rude! I was 4'11 in 7th grade and grew about an inch a year and am now full grown 5'4-5'5. I'm the same height as my mom and grandma. both my sisters are taller then me but I learned to love my height.
p.s. I drank lots of milk in my teens and am active.
there is nothing you can do, short surgery, besides eat a good diet and exercise. people today are much taller than people of 100 or more years ago because of the increase in the availability of nutrition that your body needs to grow. there aren't any secrets or tricks to grow taller. just eat a healthy diet. ignore the people that are teasing you too. even if the shortest people around were 6 feet tall, there would be people teasing them about being small. there will always be @$$3$ around so just ignore them.

I'm sorry, but your genetics set your growth rate and final size. There is nothing you can do about it. I have heard that there are injections that people can take to grow taller, but they are for people who have a medical condition that makes them abnormally short, and the cost is like $1000 per shot, taken weekly.
Sorry honey, but there is no "cure" out there to grow taller. You can take all the potions, and lotions available that say they contain "growth hormones", but they really don't. It's genetics dictating how tall you'll get.

Milk, calcium and vitamins will help your eventual growth, but absolutely nothing on earth can affect your rate of growth in a positive manner (ask anyone with a pituitary disorder). You might as well ask how to make your skull double in size to accommodate a brain augmentation. The only imagination is your own thinking there is a way to do this. Take the teasing for what it is - the worthless words of worthless people.
