Is hunger stronger than free will?!

Question: The hunger is "older" then the free will. We are hungry at the age that the free will has no meaning and is accompanying us through the life in situations that the free will cannot even think of. Look at people from the hungry countries they'd like to have a free will but the tummy comes first.

yes

You can make yourself do, or do not do anything you choose to do [well except maybe fly :)] If you push yourself not to eat, you have to be strong enough to make that decision.

No. Free will is deffinately stronger. We just have to have enough reason to resist the hunger. When motivation to not eat overcomes the urge to eat, we can avoid eating. But, sometimes hunger and free will go together. If we're hungry, eating may be a concious choice to feed ourselves what the body needs, not just weakness in giving in to hunger.

yes it can be but that depends

mate, it depends on the individual, hinger pushes people to do strange things, but i have seen free will at work, and its powerful too!!

Instinctually, hunger is our basest drive, to be satisfied before all others; even shelter and sex. The same could be said for all living things. Yes, some people can use their will to deny this need, but most of us have a very strong self-preservation instinct and will seek out food when we're hungry.
