Help, I can't loose weight.?!


Question: I have been eating about a 1600 calorie diet. I work out 30 minutes a day 3 days a wk, 60 min a day 2 days a wk and take 2 days a week to rest. I have been doing this for almost 7 months and I have lost a pound I have been the same weight for almost 19 months now since I had my daughter. What am I doing wrong, what more can I do? Thank you!

how are your clothes fitting? any changes there? Remember exercise strengthens muscle which has weight of it's own. I know it is hard but try not to depend on the number on the scale to tell you if you are doing well. Measure yourself if you need to depend on a number to reassure yourself.

I had to mess with my calorie count to find the right amount to lose weight and it took me a while to find what worked. Play with it and find what works for you...if it stops working after awhile, find something new and use it. The important thing is that you are staying healthy.

Also, Be sure you are not starving yourself because if you are cutting out too much your body will slow down (that is why the last 10 lbs come off the hardest).

Remember no matter what is said, no diet plan works for everyone, and no diet plans works forever, educate yourself about nutrition and learn your body, it will tell you.

A lot depends on wether your body CAN lose the weight or not. How tall, how old, and weight would be helpful

nothin you are probably gaining muscle no sweat

I think its because your eating too many calories i eat 1150 a day and i am fine its not unhealthy but cut back on your calories.

I think that probably you need to do weight resistant workout
if you already do it then you may by over training, if you want to lose weight you have to know what you are doing in the gym and eat nutritional balanced food not only calories but
what do you eat every single meal. good luck

maybe ditch some fruit it still has sugar exchange for raw veg watch the carbs and add alittle protein
