Whats the best diet you have been on, how much did you lose?!


Question: No sugar, no flour, no soda, no cake, cookies, candy, pie, etc.

Start the day with a piece of fruit. Work out for one hour. Drink a liter of water during this time. After workout is over have a Slim-Fast drink within 45 minutes of the end of the workout. I drink one cup of decaf coffee with no-fat cream a day. The rest of the day I eat fruit and vegetables. At dinnertime I have a big salad with a lot of vegetables and a piece of turkey meat on it for some protein with Greek salad dressing. Sometimes I also have a cup of broth-based soup. If I am really hungry during the day I may also have a Slim-Fast meal replacement bar or snack bar. I also drink at least one more liter of water throughout the rest of the day. I work out six days a week. I know this is pretty restrictive but it is working for me...I have lost 50+ pounds since the end of October.
