I wanna get ripped and loose some weight?!


Question: Being a guy is not easy to be open to this kinda stuff, but im unhappy with my body. i need to loose weight and get some muscle. i want some sort of diet or schedule that will help me loose weight and i mean it. not those sucky diets that dont work. and im already working out but its not working... any ideas. i especially want a flat stomach and six pack. maybe it would help if i had some other exersises besides situps and pushups. help!

if you're working out and its 'not working' then you're not working hard enough.
if you're not sore the next day, you're not pushing yourself hard enough.

eat healthier.
cut back on your calories. guys are supposed to eat between 2800-3200 calories per day. try eating about 1800 calories per day.
no junk food, or cut back as much as you can. eat fruit, granola bars, and stuff like that.
no fast food.

do sit ups until it hurts, and when it hurts keep going for a little longer until it hurts a lot.
stop for a little, drink water, then do some more.
do the bridge (hold yourself in a pushup position, but your hands are flat on the ground making a triangle/ diamond shape) for as long as you can. try holding it for like 2 minutes. and increase by about 30 seconds each time.


also, cut back on sugary drinks.
try to stick to just water.

Men love to lift weights! you have to have muscle to burn fat. Thats a fact!
