yes...medical study has shown time and time again that children/students that follow healthy diets and get regular exercise score higher on tests. somehow people in general have forgotten that humans are animals and no animal is designed to be sedentary. a sedentary lifestyle has nothing but adverse effects on the endocrine system which governs the human body. a lack of activity will effect some more than others due to genetics, diet, etc.

yes and it makes you happier by releasing endorphins

i wish i did it more often...unfortunately the only kind of excerise i get is at work, and my job requires me to be physical a lot. and already i have noticed an improvement in my stamina, my ability to be more responsible and stuff...hope this helps.

excersise IS proven to increase self-confidence and etc. i dont see why it wouldnt help do better on tests....
