Fried black pudding!

Oats are really good, they are low in fat, slowly release energy (so feel full for longer) and I think they are even good at lowering cholesterol

I have oats with soya milk...but you could add some honey or some fruit for flavour.

Low fat Muesli with low fat Natural Yogurt does it for me. It tastes great and keeps me full about till around mid day. Give it a try!

i know you said you dont like cereal but 1 weetbix crushed with 100g of no fat vanilla yogurt is only 500kj. or you could have no fat yogurt with fruit. or my fav is a banana smoothie, low fat milk blended with one banana and 1tbsp of protein poweder will fill you up for ages.

Cut up banana, orange and apple with a couple of spoons of natural yogurt and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds. Really good for you, filling, and yummy! If you don't have the stuff today, buy it and have it tomorrow!

porridge
wholemeal toast with beans

scrambled eggs on toast, or you could have grilled bacon sandwich

Good breakfast choices:
-1/2 cup of oatmeal with half a banana
-2 egg omlete with veggies & a little bit of cheese
-one slice of whole wheat toast with a thin layer of peanut butter and a piece of fruit
-Banana, strawberry and flaxseed smoothie- put one banana, 2-3 strawberries, 6 oz of plain or vanilla yogurt & 2 teaspoons of milled flax seed in a blender with a little ice, whip until smooth
-yogurt with berries and a little bit of granola
