If your not used to stretching yes. Bending your belly pushes excess air out lol. For the most part after your body stretchs good like that a few times there is no problem.
lol no, does it make you fart?
Only if you're chewing gum at the time!...lol!
no but ive heard other people fart and qwef in yoga class. my understanding is it relaxes all your muscles including the booty hole muscle lol sorry im delieriously tired
there is an exercise for that - pavanmuktasan-wind releasing stance !
yes. as I discovered much to my embarrassment one night at a class that was attended by very low numbers. Everyone else was being decent about it and the instructor informed me that its natural as yoga movements causes energy to move around the body. I tried to remain calm for the rest of the class, but I have to say I laughed all the way home once I got outside.
So yes is the answer.
May be but only from your Mary Hinge.
I have been doing yoga for years and have not experienced this to be true. Nor anyone in my yoga class.........not sure where the myth started on that one.
never heard yoga can make fart
everything makes you fart
Traditionally, yoga is performed outdoors, when you wake and before sleeping.
Many of the exercises are designed to juggle your internal organs around (particularly the 'energy locks'), and allow air swallowed during eating and snoring, to be expelled.
This means that you are not inflicting farts on others during the day, and you aren't filling the bedroom with farts (and breathing them) during the night.
Most 'western' versions of yoga are no better or worse at making you fart than other exercises do. Wind is expelled at random in the western 'civilisation', leading to many uncivilised and embarrassing incidents.
The typical western diet and lifestyle also lead to more ingestion of air, as well as to a greater quantity of gases being 'evolved' in the gut as a result of reactions between dietary ingredients. So you are likely to fart in a yoga class or anywhere else, if you eat a lot of processed, fatty foods, and don't clear out your wind twice a day.
what a gay question
