How can i lose 20 pounds and become lean?!


Question: i am 5/6 at age 23 years old. I'm 160 pounds, and i want to get fit. How much cardio should i do a day to lose the weight? And what time of the day should i do it? thanks everyone

Everyone should do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, what time you do it is up to you. Some people say the morning is the best time but if it's not something that will work for you then you won't stick to it.
