Any diet plans for cheerleaders??? Please Help!!!?!


Question: I want to be a cheerleader I weigh 195 pounds... I want to get down to 155 atleast.. I have from now until next August to lose weight. Which is five months. Please help? I know it causes for hard work and no sweets and soda.. Yes I am working on that. Thanks for the help!

well i'm a cheerleader. you're right it is hard work but it pays off. you just need to eat healthy and exercise, it's that simple. no counting calories, no dieting or anything like that. just remember you are what you eat. and you don't need to cut out junk completley! reward yourself every single night maybe with a scoop of frozen yogurt or a piece of chocolate. Just remember everything in moderation. good luck, CHEERS! :)

hunn, i would say you need to be atleast 130 too be a cheerleader.

im a cheerleader and what i did was tae-bo before practice.then during practice i ran a couple laps around the school.daily.i only lost like 10 pounds in 3 months but i was happy when swim suite season came around.just work out a little bit more and dont eat too much junk food. and cheerleaders dont have to be 130 pounds.ughh i hate sterotypes.i know a lot of cheerleaders and only about 5 out of 20 of them are under 130 pounds.im 130 exactly and im fine with it.
