I want to be skinnier,so I don't want to eat too much! Please help me! I sometimes eat when I'm bored,so like I'm trying to break that habit.So tell me if that is a good eating schedule!!!!!

that sounds like a lot of cereal lol..
you need to varry it more..
what you should do it eat regularly but keep your portions right and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day..
(also drink lots o' water)
you will start to lose weight in noo time

If anything, it sounds like you need to eat more.

Way to many carbs! Try to eat more protein, which will help you burn fat easier. I absolutly hate it when people try to starve themselves to loose weight. Here's the scoop, there's a certain range of calorie intake. Too much obviously will make you gain fat, but too little will starve your body. When your body feels starved (ie not eating a lot) it thinks that it needs to hold on to everything to stay alive! Translation: You gain weight when you don't eat. I'm on a 1000-1500cal diet and I'm loosing weight, plus I'm not hungry! Good luck!
