How do you keep from eating so much?!


Question: ugh as i get older and older is seems like i get hungry more and i don't get fuller as fast as i use to and it sucks because i don't wanna be gaining so much weight. how can i stop this??

Believe it or not, if you make a conscious decision not to snack or to eat smaller portions and stick to it for a few weeks, your body craving huge quantities or frequent snacks will diminish.

Also, know that you never have to be "full" to stop eating, because getting "full" only stretches your stomach and makes it want more next time. Purposely stop before you're full and half an hour later you shouldn't be so ravenous.

do something else.....to take your mind off the food.

Drink a glass of water anytime just before you decide to eat.

during the summer last year i would eat ONE meal a day, and id never be hungry because i was always preocupied. By the end of summer i lost a good 25 lbs.

Drink lots of water...snack on healthy things like apples or veggies.....try Hoodia..its a good appetitie suppressant.

really, you need to make sure you are drinking tons of water...it will help you to feel full after eating a normal meal!

Water is a natural appetite suppressor....also be sure to eat a lot of protein in the morning with a big breakfast. If you start the day off with a huge meal, you won't feel as hungry throughout the rest of the day. Don't be timid to step outside the typical breakfast foods either.....eat left overs from dinner, etc. Something heavy but healthy.

Drink lots of water. especially before you eat. You will feel fuller. And will less likely eat as much.

believe it or not Drink hot Tea ... even if you do not like normal tea ...taste...so many different tastes out there for you.

It fills you up and makes you want to drink more - due to its flavor and feeling. And on the positive your adding water to your diet which ...makes you eliminate toxins and excess water.

well diatary recomendations is if u have to eat a lot more, make sure it's more of a healthier snack. Dont binge in a bag of doritos (Although good) try flavored rice cakes. They fill u up faster and are more healthy, also fruits and vegetables.
Another reason why people dont feel full or feel hungry is they're mistaking there thurst for hunger. try drinking a nice full COLD glass of water before even decifering if u'r truly HUNGRY. Also, if ur hunger is increasing, timing is the best way to make sure ur not gaining all the unnecessary wait. Make sure to eat all meals and snacks before 6pm, because ur metabolism slows down by then. They also recommend to eat more frequent small meals throughout the day instead of eating three MAIN big meals.
And lastly, make sure ur body is getting all the nutrients and vitamins it needs. Make sure ur eating from all food groups, and balancing it with a good multi-vitamin.

drink water more than u can drink

you should busy yourself with something other than eating,
like do your hobbies ,have time with your friends

Play com, listen to songs, or another way is to exercise before you eat so that you could cut off some calories rather than adding on to it.
