I eat one meal a day?!


Question: not dieting, just no appetite. i get 4 hours of sleep mon-thurs and i dont even jrek off that much anymore. anyone know whats wrong?

you need to make yourself eat. you will go through phases, where you're just never in the mood to eat, but when this happens, just make yourself eat. You're probably not getting any sleep because of your food intake. you have no energy, and your body isn't functioning properly.

are you losing weight? what kind of things do you eat?
low apetite and lack of sleep could be a result of depression or stress.

Every teen goes through things differently. Probably just a depressive, down time phase. Personally, if you don't like the cycle, I would try to eat abit more, especially fruits and such, and getting more sleep. These combined will give you more energy, hence, more want to spend that energy doing things you like.

Spend time with friends, whatever. Teen years are the best years of your life, Don't waste them sitting around. I made that mistake for 2 or so years, wasting it on a computer. Boy do I regret it, but It just makes me want to go out more to make up for it.

Hope you feel better. Life is what you make of it, to an extent.

but don't get too caught up in anything webmd says you might have! i put in stomache pain once and it comes up with a list of possibilities from indigestion to chronic diseases

i usually only eat about one meal a day and im fine. i dont lose weight and dont gain weight. i just choose not to eat when im not hungry and i happen to only get hungry once a day. the sleep situation sounds about the same too

you might have stressorexia if your BMI is under 17.5
