Do i way to much???? and how can i get rid of fat/?!
Question: ok so i am 5'7 and i way 153, but i do have muscles so that might add some pounds. i used to way about 165 and i dropped to 145 then i gain pounds again but i have muscle but i have alot of fat covering them how do i get rid of it ?

Okay, fist of all its weigh! Now, how old are you? Do you eat too much, or get enough exercise? Weight loss and weight gain is natural. You just have to eat right and exercise, and you will drop a few pounds. Also, watch what you eat. You don't want to eat too much junk foods, but if your a male, you are defiantly not over weight, just average.
Your weight is normal, and muscles are considered as "healthy weight" so you're fine.
You already know the answer: EXERCISE...both aerobic and lifting weights
