Weight Loss.. Help!?!


Question: I have been doing the Jenny Craig diet since June and ive lost almost 50 pounds. It was really easy in the beginning, but now, no matter how hard i try i can't stick to it. I can't stop eating.

Any suggestions? Please???

It can change but you have to change you eating habits. It never ceases to amaze me how people will do anything except "stop eating". We spend billions of dollars each year on weight control and all the control you need is your mouth. Not one pound that you have in excess fell out of the sky and landed on you. It all went through your mouth to get to where you wish it wasn't.

Try eating healthy foods in small amounts 6 times a day. Believe it or not when you eat less more often you body can absorb the food that you eat and use it as fuel. When you sit down to 3 big meals a day your body does not need that much food at one time.. so it stores it in fat cells.Be smart!!!!!!!! I am not being mean but it is the absolute truth. Watch what you eat, write down everything that goes into your mouth for 1 week you will be shocked, IF you are honest and write everything and I mean even a drink of water. Write it down.

quite a few of my friends who are dieting said that chewing gum helps reduce they're appetite. idk how well it works though..

i think you shuld stop that jenny craig thing because you lost all the wait you needed 2 and its time 4 u to stop b 4 u mess up ya body.
