I really think I have a serious problem.. I just don't know what to do.?!

Just do cardio every day 20 min and eat more about 1800-2000 calories a day eat more proteins and less carbohydrats (just daily value 120-150grams for you)

i have the same exact problem except im 14 5'8" and weigh 104 pounds. just focus on being healthy and not worry about ur weight so much.

You sound like my sister ^_^

Have you considered that this obsession has something to do with other things? in my sister she was bullied at school and as such considered herself as fat and ugly so she obsesses over food and exersise.

Is there something in your current life or past that has caused you to think the exersise and food will fix this?

Try to remeber a little of what you fancy is ok!

one chocolate bar will not hurt! infact if it has high coco content its good for the heart.

Transfer your obsession into something positive. I transfered mine into woodworkign. I built furniture. Your obsession only means that your mind is capable of incredic=ble focus - use it for something good.

Tell your parents. They might be upset but its better then losing you. Do you know anorexia will lead to cardiac arrest and death?
