Flat stomach/abs??!


Question: Practically every guy my age and like in my physical condition have really flat stomachs with visible abs and stuff, mine isn't always flat and the abs are barely visible... I never drink sodas, the only things i drink are, Water (i drink that the most), Milk, Orange Juice and that's really basically it... all I eat is meat practically every day, straw berries and like 2 to 5 bananas a day pretty much my whole life... in the fall and winter i dont excercise that much, but in the spring and summer I bike an average of about 2 to up to about 30 miles actually, noramlly it's about 5 miles a day realistically, how come my stomach doesn't have visible abs and just stays flat, I always eat healthy and excercise a decent amount... help please??

you have to exercise more, try and play more sports, and be more active... workout... 2 - 5 bannas is too much sugar in one day from fruit... fruit is good, but it is too much sugar in it.. no 5 banannas a day anymore!

You want more abs u will have to work for them like most people,, reduce your sugars, cut down on the fruit..

start doing more ab exerrcises say 4 times a week

try switching to weight lifting/boxing or something! mix it up to push your body farther!

It's likely because you're not working those muscles, specifically. I suggest doing some crunches as that may be a problem area for you and working that area more thoroughly will allow for some abs to pop up.

A lot of people have these "problem areas" which are places they just can't seem to trim down or buff up. Best of luck!

work on your abdominal area biking wont do anything
it only helps out your leg muscles. do sit ups id do a good amount each night but dont push yourself and cross your arms on your chest and exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down and you must be consistant or no results will happen soo stay commited.
