What is healthy to drink other than water, that is refreshing?!
Question: I need to mix a supplement powder in some type of drink, and drink about 4 times a day. It tastes gross in water. Gatorade is bad for your teeh, has a lot of sugar and phosphates. Fruit juices are also very high in sugar. The supplement doesnt taste very good, so I need something kind-of strong like gatorade or fruit juice... what do you suggest?

Try lemonade flavored with lemon juice and Spenda. V-8 also makes fruit juices some of which are not high in sugar content.
I have used propel fitness water for the same reasons, Also have used a cran-apple mix (witch has less sugar) or apple juice or my favorite that I hated as a child but I drink alot of now is Jucy Juice and that is marketed for children so it is low on sugar.
