I would go on a brown rice and meat diet! This is a best way to get lean and boost your metabolism. This diet is used in Army, navy, marines and air force. Brown rice boosts your metabolism

steroids, hgh

meat is the thing a lot of meat

There is no magic food... The best thing is to learn to eat a balanced diet. Work the weights will help raise the metabolism as it will help build muscle. Other than that work on form on all your events.

dont worry about it im 195 and 13 i dont do nuffin and idc soo dot worry i

Green tea

Protien should help.
Just run and you will shave off the fat.

meat!!!!!!!!!! extra protein (fish), stuff like that, listen kid i play as a half back for a college team and thats what brought me to the top

protien..but u have to exercise or else it just turns to fat

you cant just turn fat into muscle, you have to work out and then eat high protein foods like peanut butter, fish, eggs and stuff like that. a fair warning though, muscle weighs more than fat

I like chicken! and pick on little girls. My dog is fatty Mc Patty and loves to play ping pong with flies butts as the target. So to answer your question, no i don't like to shave my bellybutton. I think to raise metabolism you need to try some of your mamas flab. don't worry, there is plenty.

eating smaller but more meals through the day will keep your metabolism going through the day

I don't think there are any magic foods that will do that, but if you up your protein and cut your carbs to lower-carb veggies and fruits only, you will be converting your body from one main fuel (or energy) source to another.

Carbs, when unused, are converted to fat and stored by the body for later use. It's been that way forever and is part of our survival mechanism, to save us in time of famine.

What you need to do is cut the carbs back a bit and keep your exercise going. Muscle will help burn off the fat, taking it from storage as needed.

Also, don't pay too much attention to the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. So, you can lose fat while building muscle and not notice the scale move at all....but your clothes will fit differently and you will have more tone and definition.
