And that is exactly why you will succeed at being healthy. A 'diet' is an event, a lifestyle change is a mental change in attitude and it is great for your health.

Get regular exercise 3 to 4 times a week consisting of cardio exercise for a healthier, more efficiently performing heart, resistance training for stronger, leaner muscles which will aid in burning body fat. Also, resistance training is one of the greatest things a woman ca do for herself in preventing osteoporosis, or bone lose. Your bones become more dense (a good thing).

Get yourself used to eating 5 small healthy meals a day and drink water, even when you are not thirsty.

Eat plenty of green and leafy vegetables, foods rich in fiber, whole grains, fruits, berries for their antioxidant value.

Get your proteins from lean chicken or fish or use a protein powder that has zero sugar or carbs.

Start with foods you enjoy and find fun ways of preparing them.

First of,
you are very corageous to
start a new healthy lifestyle!!!

And eat kiwis, strawberries, lots of liquids[ Preferably water], ceral.

I drank a lot of V8 juice also ate salads.tuna,chicken,apples,oranges and blueberries were my most fav. Chicken,fish,and tuna are the best meats.And you can cook some very awesome meals with them as well :)

Congrats on the greatest journey you will ever take!

grapes!!!!!mmmmmmm.........unless ur allergic to them!!! lol granola bars, honey bunches cereal or the fitness one or the special K!!!! mmmmm.........what else lots of liquids stay off cokes and caffeine try to walk like 30 min a day you will feel delightful!!!!
