Depends on where you start, how you eat, and how hard you work. On average I would say if you work hard and eat right, about six to eight weeks. You're a different story though. You're almost there. Usually if a guy has 10 or less percent body fat then their abs will be visible. You already are putting in the work and eating right. I would say a couple weeks of oblique work and leg lifts will get your abs the way you want them to be. I would be willing to guess you're only seeing your upper abs and that's throwing you off. Do leg lifts whenever you exercise to work out your lower abs and hold weights and work your obliques to get toned sides and that line on your hips that you're looking for. Stay dedicated and don't get discouraged. You'll be there most likely within a month's time.

I don't Know

man your a fat kid. Treadmills don't do squat they only burn calories and mess up ur knees, go out and start running , then switch off on sprints, just cause u run doesn't make you get a 6 pack, you need to do crunchies, situps, a varieties of sit ups.

depends on how far the drive is to the beer store

interval training is best, and far more effective to burn body fat. look at multi joint exercises.
