^Don't take a nitric oxide product after your workout or on off days, it has VERY little effectiveness at doing anything besides increasing your energy, hence its not necessary unless its before your workout

There isn't anything wrong with taking the whey for breakfast, maybe throw in a piece of toast or something, but it won't hurt you in any way.
Taking NO xplode will help you alot with muscle gains, as it gives you plenty of energy.
Its good that you are taking the whey right after your workout, because this is when your body needs the protein to rebuild your muscle
your results should be very positive with this plan, but remember it will take time, so don't expect results over night
hope i helped and
good luck!

Take more NO Xplode or another NOS product after you workout with protein so more gets to your muscles.

You will see a strength gain with the increased protein and NOS supplement as long as you are pushing yourself in the gym.

Along with Protein in the AM I usually eat a whole grain english muffin or oatmeal as a breakfast.
