Yogurt diet?!

Question: how much do you think you could lose on a yogurt diet??

Answers: how much do you think you could lose on a yogurt diet??

A lot. Yogurt is very good for you! If you eat a serving of yogurt in place of each meal every day, I'm sure you'd be your dream size in no time.

Not much i dont htink because yoghurt is milk, only off. And milk is very fattening, not as much as cheese but still alot.

not healthy to just eat yogurt. you need some veggies in your diet.

ZERO POUNDS!!! You need a HEALTHY diet and exercise to to lose weight. Eat better and exercise it is such a simple equation....burn more calories than you consume....why is this so difficult for people? The fact that you are trying to be lazy and lose weight tells me that whatever you lose you will regain within 2 months.

not a lot
yogurts are really sugary. when you eat something like that, it doesnt really fill you up, it just spiked your sugar level and makes you hungry about 20 minutes later. youll be hungry all the time
plus, yogurts fattening because of the milk and such
also milk is something that humans really dont need. we're the only things on the planet who use other animals products as food. extra calories you dont need!
my step mom went on dr burkenstiens?? diet and she REALLY lost weight and so fast

usually the yogurt we get La Yogurt says it is lowfat but don't trust yogurt yogurt doesn't do anything except if you get the really expensive brands and if you don't want to spend that much money choose another healthy diet food.
But I need to say this
DIETS DON'T WORK!!!!!!!!

its a crash diet but it works...im not going to say it doesn't but if you ever eat normally you'll gain it back

ps: try fatfree cottage cheese its better
