Congrats on your daughter how is she. Well you have this backwards sweetie. Diet is 95 percent of loosing weight. The other 5 percent is actual exercise. Although i believe that statistic is wrong, it is the way one should be focusing on weight loss...Well here is my diet plan for you: first watch your medications, two, time is all you got, and three this diet is completely modifiable by month like weight watchers, nutrisystem or whatever... Those diets along with typical diets use nothing to loose weight other than portions and additives. HERE WE GO take your normail diet and try to count the calories.... Take 70 percent of that, and subtract from the regular diet. Multiply that by 4, and consume that many calories OVER 5 days. THIS MAY NOT YIELD MUCH WEIGHT LOSS AT ALL!!! The reason is for your body to adjust to a permanent dietary program. Now take 60 percent of your original, multiply that by 4, and subtract it from your regular diet times 4. Thats how many calories you will burn a day... It may not seem much, but in a month..Lets say 50,000 calories burned, and 36,000 kalories is one pound of SOLID FAT ALONE, should be great after pregnancy for you want the skin and cardiovascular system to remain safe. Ask me more if you'd like i saved you 500 bucks lol. Exercise DOES COUNT..... Make sure you do heavy cardio. Running, is the best way to pick up stamina, endurance, a better body than before, CALORIES, and if you hate it it will give you patience with your kids...NEVER FAILED AND IT IS THE MOST COMMON CONCEPT IN THE HOSPITAL DID I MENTION IT WORKS????
PS i forgot to add that you should eat no sugars, and 16 to 36 oz of water per day w/o exercise, Exercise at leat 5 times a week. 5 meals a day is better that 3 big ones or none at all.

I know most people are anti diet pills, but that's what I had to end up doing to help me loose my extra weight. I take fasten, b12 injections and a multi vitamin. All of it combined gives me the energy I need to work out and suppresses my appetite. GOOD LUCK!!

hmmm.....well i dont think i will evr learn how it feels lik to be big or "fat" (no offence)

but try the regular thing by eating super.....SUPER healthy and dont strain urself with with exerciseing at the gym to much

try and run evr 2 days or so

hope that helps

try weight watchers! If you can't go to the meetings then you can go online and join. people who do weight watchers lose more over time and keep it off!! they do tell you aim for only about 2 lbs per wk but when you lose weight too fast you lose muscle and the weight usually comes back.
try it and dont get discouraged when you slip up. just start right back!!

Well, diet and exercise go hand in hand. One without the other is kinda dumb. If you wanna lose the weight, then you need to figure out how to keep yourself from eating unhealthy. My tactic was to post pictures of really sexy, toned women around, so I'd see them all day every day. It really made me focus on my goals, like exercising and eating right. It's mental pressure you have to put on yourself because biologically, we want to eat and satisfy our needs, so it's a mental change that is needed.

Do you do well with schedules and sets of instructions?

You could try contacting a nutritionist for a consultation. H/she will calculate the calories you need to safely loose weight and incorporate the calories lost to the equation (based on the frequency of exercise).

Once the calories are established, the nutritionist will devise an eating plan that meets your personal goals and tastes. He or she may even go shopping with you so you keep the pantry stocked with healthy snackies.

You would meet with your nutritionist like a therapist so s/he can track your progress.

In order for it to be successful your husband should be willing to forego his favorite junk foods so you aren't tempted. ;)

**Make sure your the nutritionist accepts your health insurance (and that it's covered). Also your OBGYN should be able to refer you to someone.

Good luck! :)

Right now, stop eating sugar (exceptions: xylitol or agave) and junk carbs (all processed grains, white potatoes, and limit whole grains.) Drink healthy fluids: pure water, green tea, black tea, or oolong tea. Eat green leafy vegetables and dark berries. Use coconut oil or olive oil. Continue exercising.

Also, if you serve these foods to your child, he/she will live a very long time.
