If u want to lose weight you have to do some kind of cardio like walking ,dancing, running, bike, kick boxing something that gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes A DAY! every day don't forget to warm up before and after - u can't just loose weight in one body part but you can loose over your whole body try to eat healthy and smaller meals ( salads- skip the dressing ,salmon, tuna, baked and grilled veggies are great for you )drink lots of water Diet is as important as exercise and you can start by just walking around your home or dancing in your room try to keep it simple so you will be able to stick Whit it try to change slowly every day and before you know it you will see results good luck!! I know is hard to loose weight but I also know it can be done! I went from a size 14 to 5 it took me 2 years and I stuck Whit it for 12 years already !!loosing weigth is about changing the way you eat and act everyday its about changing your lifestyle BEST OF LUCK!!!

Pilates, pilates, pilates!

sit ups! lots of sit ups. and the bicycle sit up is really good too.
for thighs,
lunges, wallsits, squats, inner thigh lifts.

As far as your thighs, squats and lunges...

Some good exercises are doing crunches/sit-ups, and sucking in your stomach, this actually tightens your muscles, they are also known as vacuums! :D
