I need an honest person!!!??!


Question: Everyone in my class is way skinnyer than me. they all weigh like 100 lbs. I am a girl and i'm 5'3. i weigh around 140 lbs. they all tell me no, youre not fat at all!..and i dont respect them because they arent telling me the truth. please tell me the truth. would you consider me really fat?. How much do I need to lose?

Heres some tips to help you lose some weight!

-Drink diet soda, or something like Propel
-Eat low-fat snacks
-Replace icecream w/ lowfat icecream or popsicles
-Do a sport
-Try a 30min workout each day
-Use less butter and olive oil in your food, and wipe up excess grease w/ a napkin or paper towel
-Don't eat at fast food restaurants! That's the worst thing you could do
-If all else fails, calorie count. Try to eat arond 1800-2200 (less if female, more if male) calories a day, and only 30% of those calories should be calories from fat (check the labels for fat calories)

To be honest I know it sounds stupid but these kind of questions are best with photos as it's hard to tell if your overweight by just your weight ... some people look really okay even though they are slightly overweight others don't.

You are not really fat , you are thick.. a lot of people who are thick,, feel fat because they are not lean but they are actually not fat...you just have a different body type.. if you are so upset aobut it then lose weight... but dont' get obsessed about your weight.. it's not healthy.

i would not consider you fat,i am 5'3 and weigh 136 and my dr said i was not overweight .i think sometimes i am overweight and i do not know your age but i always stayed 110 to 112 all my life.some of it will come with age like me.i am over 50 and i did not gain over 112 until about 3yrs ago.the more you worry the worse it gets.ck with your dr and see what they say.good luck to you.

If you're 5'3 then your average weight limit should be anywhere from 105 to 125. Anything above that means overweight. But don't worry, being 10 doesn't classify you as fat, you're probably just chubby. It's not hard to loose it thought, I'm also 5'3 and I used to weigh 135. I didn't eat over 1,200 calories daily for a month and I now weigh 115. Trust me, its not hard. Plus I did this like 2 years ago, when I was in 10th grade, (I'm in 12th now) and I still weigh the same! So it works!

Try eating healthy foods in small amounts 6 times a day. Believe it or not when you eat less more often you body can absorb the food that you eat and use it as fuel. When you sit down to 3 big meals a day your body does not need that much food at one time.. so it stores it in fat cells.Be smart!!!!!!!!
Watch what you eat, write down everything that goes into your mouth for 1 week you will be shocked, IF you are honest and write everything and I mean even a drink of water. Write it down.
