It sounds like a good amount of food for weight loss - and remembering the water is excellent.
To figure out how much water here's a handy little formula:
take your weight...pretend it's ounces and then divide in half...that number is the number of ounces of water you need each day. If you weight 120 pounds, drink 60 ounces.
Don't forget the fruit.
I have read a lot about weight loss lately and eating lots of fruit in the morning and early afternoon is believed to be very helpful - especially the watery kind like oranges, apples and grapes.
I've also read that we don't need carbs in the evening unless we plan to do a lot of running or something that will use them up...maybe have the bulk of the protein in the late afternoon and evening and the bulk of the carbs in the earlier part of the day when you are most active.
I'm also working to lose some weight and find I feel so much better if I follow those rules than if I eat my carbs and other heavy foods at night.
Also quit the caffeine by 2pm and get your sleep...sleep is crucial to weight loss.
Remember to exercise...muscle burns lots of fat!
Good luck!!!

Yes, it is very good.

I find that eating every 2-3 hours a meal that's high in protein and lots of exercise works wonders...

just watch the salt....esp. in ham and soup...processed meats are high in salt and sometimes cholesterol.

yeah not bad at all.. your eating plan is complete for the most part.... what i would do different to make it better.. is add a servering of nuts in the day, and for dinner add some more protein... u need more protein at your dinner..

your granola bar is ok, but you would be better off to get a protein bar, less sugar..
