Answers: how much should you weigh?

try this ideal weight calculator, based on age, gender and height. It gives you the per cent of people heavier than you, too. And shows you how you compare to others:

  • 110 to 125 lbs. (guy's opinion)

Well I am just a smidge under 5'7 so I still call myself 5'7 and I am 120 lbs I think I look healthly except I need to lose my tummy fat. Oh and I am small framed. That makes a difference.

Edit - how am I wrong? I know what I look like. I am SMALL FRAMED I don't look 120. Get a clue.

    130-150

100 lb for the first 5 feet. 5 lb for every inch after that, give or take 5 lb or so.

    125 - 135, no more than 140 and no less than 120

Whatever as*hole suggested 110 is an idiot and should go for a few days without food.

don't worry so much about an exact weight but just being healthy and happy

Your weight is not the most important thing and BMI can be a waste of time. You should focus more on body fat % (better determine of overall health and also how tone and fit you are). If your body fat % is ~20% or below then that is pretty good. So as long as your body fat% is b/w 10-20%, then you are good (note: 10% would be really, really, low - i.e. not your goal)

those two are wrong. I am 5'3" & my ideal body weight is 120lbs.
